We're proud to host the NW Portland Ministries community gardens.  Tended by volunteers from congregations, schools and the neighborhood, these gardens provide fresh, organic food for NWPM's emergency food pantry.  Community Corner currently boasts three wheelchair accessible raised beds, 5 large raised beds, 8 small planter boxes, and a bigger planter box devoted to raspberries.  Crops include peas, snow peas, radishes, raspberries, zucchini, cucumbers, spinach, lettuce, kale, mustard greens, arugula, basil, and tomatoes.    See You tube video below.




















Emergency Food Boxes
Sponsored by NW Portland Ministries, food boxes are distributed weekly during the day and once monthly in the evenings from First Immanuel’s Sodergren Hall.

Lunch is served daily Monday through Friday in the church fellowship hall.

Harvest Share
Fresh produce is distributed by Northwest Portland Ministries via the Oregon Food Bank’s Harvest Share program on the 2nd Wednesday of the month
